Club Deputy GM: Customer Experience Leader

Buzz Bingo Feltham is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead a team with a strong emphasis on customer experience and brand values. The role is full-time (44 hours across 7 days) with a flexible schedule, offering £36,000 per annum and the chance to shape daily operations across the club.

You will deputise for the General Manager, steer service standards, and support the local strategic plan while maintaining a safe and compliant environment for customers and colleagues.
