Our portfolio includes: Ashburn Hotel Ashburn Apartments Claverley Court Apartments Chesham Court Apartments We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Cluster Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations across all four properties. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the housekeeping teams across all four sites. Ensure guest rooms, apartments and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. Conduct daily room inspections and quality checks. Manage staff rotas, training and performance. Monitor linen, guest amenities and housekeeping stock levels. Work closely with Reception and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Handle guest feedback and continuously improve housekeeping standards. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication and people management skills. Experience using a Hotel PMS (Guestline, Opera or similar preferred). Flexible approach to working across multiple properties.
