CNC Brake Press Setter / Operator Location: Thetford, Norfolk Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience) Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm Stonetech Recruitment are working with a well-established engineering manufacturer in Thetford who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Brake Press Setter / Operator to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a successful manufacturer offering a permanent afternoon shift and an immediate start for the right candidate. The Role * Setting and operating CNC brake press machinery. * Manufacturing precision sheet metal components to engineering specifications. * Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings. * Carrying out first-off and in-process quality inspections. * Ensuring components are produced accurately and to tight tolerances. * Working both independently and as part of a skilled production team. * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area. The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience setting and operating CNC brake press machinery. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality. * Reliable, self-motivated and able to work to production deadlines. * Looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing engineering business.
