What You'll Be Doing * Setting and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components * Reading, editing and adjusting CNC programmes to keep production flowing * Carrying out in-process inspection using measurement equipment * Troubleshooting issues and working with the team to minimise downtime What They're Looking For * Experience as a CNC Setter/Operator within precision engineering * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently * Experience using tool setting and inspection equipment * Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset This is an excellent opportunity working on complex parts in a business that takes engineering seriously and continues to invest.
