The right CNC turner / machinists role will consist, but won't be limited to the following.... Setting and operating for CNC Machines in the Company in-house machine shop Setting and operating of single spindle CNC Machines Inspection of colleagues an ones own work Editing Fanuc controlled programs Working within a team environment to achieve world class manufacturing Ensure smooth transition between shifts Strive to achieve improvement within the cell Work to safe health and safety instructions Skills/Experience: Worked in similar environment / Industry Be able to use engineering measuring equipment Be able to read engineering drawings Able to communicate effectively Experience working with Stainless Steel and Exotic material These are permanent positions, and dependant on the shifts the hours will be..... Earlies - 6am - 2pm Monday to Thursday & 6am - 11:30am on a Friday Afternoons - 2pm - 10pm Monday to Thursday & 11:30am - 5pm on a Friday Nights - 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday & 5pm to 10pm on a Friday SO EARLY FRIDAY FINISH ACROSS ALL SHIFTS In return you can expect hourly rates, including shift allowance of up to £24.15 per hour dependant on experience.
