CNC Vertical Lathe Turner
to join our precision engineering team based just outside Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC machinist looking for a
4-day working week , a highly competitive salary, and genuine career progression within a successful engineering group. You'll be joining a close-knit, supportive shopfloor where teamwork, quality, and job satisfaction are valued. The Role As a CNC Vertical Lathe Turner, you will be responsible for: Setting and operating CNC Vertical Lathes. Editing and proving CNC programs. Working with
Mazatrol (Mazak)
or
Fanuc
controls. Manufacturing precision-engineered components to engineering drawings. Carrying out in-process inspection to ensure quality standards are met. Maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient working environment. About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous experience as a
CNC Vertical Lathe Turner ,
Vertical Borer ,
CNC Turner , or
CNC Machinist . Experience using
Mazak Mazatrol
or
Fanuc
controls (preferred). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team. What's on Offer? Very competitive salary
