We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our clean, modern machine shop. We welcome applications from advanced Programmer/Setters as well as competent Setter/Operators capable of editing programs.
You will work primarily on our fleet of Haas and XYZ milling machines. While experience with these specific machines is a distinct advantage, we will provide full cross-training on XYZ/ProtoTRAK systems for the right engineer. CNC Miller - Key Responsibilities
Set and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc or Siemens/ProtoTRAK controls. Program online or confidently edit existing programs at the controller. Manufacture low-volume, small-batch components from engineering drawings. Machine to tight tolerances, self-inspecting work to ensure flawless quality. Collaborate with the wider engineering team to optimize cycle times.
CNC Miller - What We Are Looking For
Proven experience as a CNC Miller (either Programmer/Setter or Setter/Operator level). Control proficiency: Solid background using Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controls. Precision mindset: Demonstrable experience working to high-tolerance engineering specs. Team player: A strong work ethic and a collaborative attitude.
