Are you a skilled CNC Op/Setter Miller / Turner with potential to Program Mazak /Mazatrol Our well-established client in Burnley is searching for a talented individual to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of your work, from interpreting blueprints to programming and operating CNC machines to produce top-quality components. What you'll do: * Operate and Set Milling/ Turning machines (Experience with Mazak/Mazatrol prefered) * Utilize your expertise to ensure all components meet precise specifications * Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints * Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes * Continuously improve your skills and stay up-to-date on the latest CNC technologies * Maintain a clean and safe work environment What you'll bring: * Experienced Op/Setter CNC Milling/ Turning machines Mazak * Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices * Experience with Mazak * Excellent programming skills and a keen eye for detail * The ability to work independently and as part of a team * A commitment to safety and quality What we offer: * £16.50 per hour (plus overtime on Fridays if required) with progression * 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm) * Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and create high-precision components * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Potential for professional development and career advancement
