You'll be trusted to programme, set and run the job from start to finish, not just press buttons.
Precision is the standard here, and your first off checks carry real weight before parts move to final inspection.

As a CNC Miller, your responsibilities will include:
Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines using Mazak and Heidenhain controls
Work across 3, 4 and 5 axis mills to produce components to tight tolerances
Carry out first off quality checks prior to final inspection
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately
Maintain machines and tooling to a high standard
As a CNC Miller, your experience will include:
Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer, Setter or Operator
Strong working knowledge of Heidenhain controls (essential), with Mazak experience also valued
Experience programming and setting 3, 4 and 5 axis mills
Background in precision engineering or a similar high-tolerance manufacturing environment
Confidence carrying out first off inspection to a consistent standard
