The Role Working within a busy machine shop environment, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision-engineered components safely, efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer and production requirements are consistently met. CNC Miller Key Responsibilities * Manufacture precision components to exact specifications with a focus on quality and efficiency. * Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings. * Program, set and operate CNC Milling Machines using Heidenhain controls. * Create programmes and production methods for new components using Fusion 360 or a similar CAD/CAM system. * Carry out first-off and in-process inspections using gauges, measuring equipment and quality control procedures. * Support production planning and material ordering activities where required. * Assist with maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop environment. * Contribute to continuous improvement initi...
