CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter - The Role We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller (Programmer/Setter/Operator) to join our expert production team. In this role, you will take ownership of the manufacturing process from initial programming through to final inspection, working with high-value materials and tight tolerances.
CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter - Key Responsibilities Program, Set, and Operate CNC Hurco or Haas Milling machines. Utilize Controls efficiently using either Hurco or Fanuc systems. Manage Batch Production ranging from small to medium runs. Maintain Tight Tolerances to ensure the highest standards of component quality. Inspect Component Quality using standard manual measuring equipment.
CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter - Requirements & Experience Proven Track Record as a CNC Miller, Programmer, and Setter. Control Proficiency with deep working knowledge of Fanuc or Hurco systems. Precision Focus with experience working to tight tolerances for demanding industries. Self-Motivated with the ability to interpret engineering drawings independently.
Shift Patterns We offer flexibility with dedicated day or night shifts to suit your lifestyle:
Day Shift Monday to Thursday: 08:30
16:30 Friday: 08:30
12:30 (Enjoy an early weekend finish!)
Night Shift Dedicated night shift hours and specific shift premiums can be discussed at the interview stage.
