CNC Miller, Setter & Programmer Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (38-hour week) Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire Hours: Monday to Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm/3:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time The Company Interaction Recruitment has partnered with a leading precision engineering business serving the aerospace, automotive, and motorsport sectors. Benefits Overtime readily available (£25/hour weekdays, £30/hour weekends) 33 days holiday including bank holidays Company pension scheme Ongoing training and career development Free on-site parking Clean and modern workshop environment The Role Set, operate and programme 5-axis CNC milling machines Offline programming using Siemens CAD/CAM software Manufacture small batches of complex precision components Work to tight tolerances and high quality standards Operate DMG Mori 5-axis machining centres with Siemens controls Play a key role within a busy and growing machining department Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as a CNC Miller, Setter & Programmer Strong experience with CNC milling and programming Experience with Siemens or Fanuc controls Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances High attention to detail and quality Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
