We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join our dynamic and growing manufacturing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong background in CNC machining and problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.

CNC Miller, Setter, Opertor
- Key Responsibilities: Set up, and operate, CNC milling machines (3, 4, or 5-axis).

Interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM data.

Select and fit appropriate tooling, materials, and fixtures.

Perform in-process quality checks and adjust programs as needed.

Maintain machinery and ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.

CNC Miller, Setter, Operator
- About You: Minimum 35 years of hands-on CNC milling experience.

Proficient in setting and operating.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Comfortable working to tight tolerances in low- or medium-batch production.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Positive attitude and a team-player mentality.

Desirable (but not essential): Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Edgecam).

Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods.

Previous experience in precision engineering sectors.
