We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join our Client based in Ashford, Kent.This is a full-time role, operating on a rotating shift pattern.Key Responsibilities:Operating CNC machinery safely and efficientlySetting and running CNC machinesMonitoring production and maintaining quality standardsCarrying out basic machine adjustments and checksFollowing health & safety procedures at all timesRequirements:Proven experience operating CNC machinesAbility to commit to a rotating shift pattern (AM/PM /Nights )Strong attention to detailReliable and punctualAbility to work independently and as part of xwzovoh a teamShift Pattern:Week 1:06:00-14:00Week 2:14:00-22:00Week 3 22:00-06:00What We Offer:Competitive pay of £13.97 per hourMonday to Friday working patternOngoing, stable workSupportive working environment
