CNC Mill Operator Pay: From £13.50 per hour Job Description: Our Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to join precision manufacturing team.

You will be responsible for the setup, and operation of our CNC milling machine, ensuring that every component meets our engineering specifications.
While your primary focus will be on CNC Milling, we highly value candidates with a strong mechanical foundation and experience in traditional machining.
Monday Thursday: 07:00 16:00 Friday: 07:00 12:30 We offer a starting rate of £13.50 per hour, with the flexibility to negotiate this based on your specific experience, knowledge, and technical skill set.
Key Responsibilities CNC Milling: Set and operate CNC milling machine to produce high-precision components.
Precision Production: Quality Assurance: Act as your own quality control; perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections using verniers, micrometers.
Monitor machine performance, adjust offsets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Utilise your background in manual lathe work to assist in secondary operations or setup tasks where required.
Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation.
Skills & Experience Essential: CNC Milling Experience: Proven experience in operating CNC milling machinery.
Manual Machining Background: Practical experience with manual lathes is highly valued for this role.
A sharp eye for quality and the ability to maintain consistent tolerances.
Expert use of inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
Experience in a precision sheet metal or general engineering environment.
Quality & Safety You will be expected to take full ownership of the parts you produce, ensuring they meet our exacting standards.
