CNC Programmer

Following significant investment in new machinery, including modern Doosan CNC machines, the business is looking to strengthen its engineering team with an experienced CNC Programmer who can programme, set and optimise production processes.

As a CNC Programmer, your responsibilities will include:

• Programming CNC machines using Fanuc controls
• Creating and modifying CNC programmes from engineering drawings
• Setting and proving out new jobs
• Optimising cycle times and production efficiency
• Tool selection, tooling offsets and machine set-up
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Supporting continuous improvement activities
