CNC Setter / Operator Whitstable | Permanent | Competitive Salary + Shift Premium + Benefits We're looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality precision components using CNC multi-tasking lathes. Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC lathes for small to medium batch production. Read and interpret engineering drawings. Inspect components using measuring equipment. Edit Fanuc-based programs. Carry out machine maintenance checks. Complete quality and traceability documentation. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety. About You Experience setting and operating CNC lathes. Knowledge of 4-axis CNC machines and Fanuc controls. Able to read engineering drawings and use inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Team player with a positive and flexible approach. Desirable Twin spindle machine experience. Knowledge of AS9100 standards. Aerospace or precision engineering experience. Shift Pattern Week 1 Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pmWeek 2 Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm Friday, 2:00pm to 7:30pmMy client is looking to offer a relocation package for the right candidate.
