- £20.00 per hour (DOE) Overtime Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time CNC Setter Operator Early Friday Finish | Overtime Available | Permanent OpportunityA well-established and respected engineering manufacturer in the castings sector is seeking an experienced CNC Setter Operator to join its growing production team.

- £20.00 per hour depending on experience Overtime available Early finish every Friday (12:00pm) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Permanent position with a stable employer Supportive and experienced engineering team Working Hours Monday Thursday: 7:00am 4:00pm Friday: 7:00am 12:00pm Key Responsibilities Setting and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines Online programming and editing programs at the machine Working with FANUC controls Manufacturing precision steel and duplex casting components Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Conducting first-off and in-process quality inspections Maintaining production efficiency and quality standards Following all health and safety procedures Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years' CNC machining experience Previous experience setting and operating CNC machines Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience with online programming and program adjustments High attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience machining castings would be advantageous The Opportunity This role offers the chance to join a secure and growing engineering business that values its employees and provides a positive working environment.
