Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator/Setter to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components.

Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Shift Hours 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday 08:00-13:00 Friday Responsibilities Set up CNC machines by installing tooling, fixtures, and programming parameters based on technical drawings and specifications.

Operate CNC equipment to produce parts with precision, adhering to quality standards and production schedules.

Perform routine inspections of machined parts using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices to ensure accuracy.

Adjust machine settings as needed for optimal performance, including grinding, milling, or other machining operations.

Maintain detailed documentation of machine setups, production runs, and quality checks.

Conduct troubleshooting and minor maintenance on CNC machinery to minimize downtime.

Support tooling changes and setup adjustments for different projects or materials such as plastics used in injection molding.

Follow safety protocols diligently while handling power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and other machinery.

Requirements Proven experience operating and setting up CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Hurco or Mazak Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and programming adjustments.

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and tooling effectively and safely.

Knowledge of assembly techniques and experience with metal fabrication preferred.

Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail for quality control inspections. xwzovoh
