CNC Setter Operator – Permanent Position Supreme Recruitment are recruiting for a well-established manufacturer of electrical conductors and connectors. We are recruiting for a CNC Setter Operator to set various CNC Machinery including VMC's, Millers and Turning Centres. Your duties may include: * Setting and operating up to 4 CNC's (VMC and Millers) per shift * Carrying out tool changes * working as part of a team - escalating manufacturing issues to the correct team etc. * Presetting CNC's * Checking tooling is correct for the part * Keeping a clean, friendly working environment Pay: £16.99 including Shift Allowance rising to £17.98 on completion of probation plus 3% christmas bonus Free parking, easily accessible via the motorway Hours: 6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm rotating Permanent, Full-Time Position with a stable, well-established manufacturing business Overtime & Bonus Available What are we looking for? * Minimum 2 years' experience setting and operating CNC's * Ability to read engineering drawings * Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach * Ability to work as part of a team Company Benefits * Permanent job security * Clean working environment * 38 hour working week * 33 days holiday including statatory holidays * 3% Christmas Bonus * Company pension - 5% matched * Free on-site parking * State-of-the-art machinery * Full training provided * Sick scheme up to 60 days * Excellent overtime opportunities * Clean, forward thinking working environment
