As a CNC turner you will be will required to set, program, and run CNC lathes and work on high-spec, precision components across multiple industries * Join a stable, growing business with a strong reputation * Regular overtime available to boost earnings * Supportive team environment with a focus on quality and development Responsibilities and Duties * Ability to program (offline using CAD/CAM), setup and run CNC turning machinery * Ensuring consistent quality * Ensuring delivery dates / internal milestones are met Qualifications and Skills * Read technical drawings * CAD / CAM essential * Extensive experience in turning is essential * Strong problem-solving skills * Strong communication skills * Strong organisational skills – forward thinking approach * Team player * Using CMM (Desirable) * Computer-literate Qu. Are you able to take a 3D model and use CAD/CAM to create the program offline (not on the machine) Salary & Benefits £18-20 per hour (equivalent to approx. 36-40k permanent salary) Regular overtime available; 20 days holiday + bank holidays; Pension scheme, Clothing (uniform).
