CNC Turner

Our client is a large and growing manufacturing business, who machine and fabricate a range of components for the aerospace sector. They’re looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join the team. The client has a fantastic company culture, paired with an ever-growing order book. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC and manual turning. CNC Turner   Permanent position Excellent Salary/Rate Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 18.00 - 06.00 Leicester CNC Turner Job Description Set and operate CNC Turning machines Use and control of CNC programs in accordance with relevant procedures Read and understand all manufacturing instructions prior to commencing an operation Understand all set up parameters and the effect that they have on the process, for example, datum setting and tool length and wear offsets Set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures  CNC Turner Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Ability to set and operate CNC turning machines (at least 2 Axis) Experience machining precision components, within a highly regulated industry Well-versed machining with decent materials (ideally metals as they primarily use aerospace exotic alloys).  CNC Turner Company Benefits Pension Scheme Death in Service Benefit Participation in the Employee Bonus Scheme Internal Training and Development Free Car Parking If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
