CNC Turner (Programmer/Setter/Operator) Location: New Milton, Hampshire Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:45am – 4:15pm | Friday: 7:45am – 12:45pm A well-established precision engineering company is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join its growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a business supplying high-quality components to the aerospace, nuclear and other high-specification engineering industries. The Role You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls, producing precision components from one-off prototypes through to medium production batches. Key Responsibilities * Program, set and operate CNC turning machines. * Work with Fanuc Oi-TC and I Series controls. * Machine a variety of materials including aluminium and stainless steel. * Read and interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances. * Carry out quality inspections using precision measuring equipment. * Complete production and quality documentation in line with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards. * Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and housekeeping. * Support continuous improvement within the machining department.
