Our client are specialists in their industry, they are looking for a skilled CNC Turner who can program, set and operate.
This will be working a 2-week shift pattern, working compressed hours.
4 x 10-hour day shifts
Mon-Thurs 07.00-17.30
4 x 10-hour night shifts
Mon-Wed 19.00-05.00
Thurs 17.30-03.30
The Job youll do
To set, program, and operate CNC vertical borers ranging from 500mm
7000mm in diameter depending on previous skill and experience. Working with production support, quality and management team to work on interesting and challenging projects and to meet customers high standards. This role suits an experience machinist looking for secure, good quality employment with good conditions. A careful approach to quality is important, as we are trusted with our customers components and work to take good care of them. About You Time-served (Machine Shop apprenticeship) Experience with lathes or vertical borers. Able to set one-off jobs. Programming skills.
