4AM, Monday to Thursday

Sector: Aerospace CNC Turner, Setter - Role Description
This full-time, on-site role involves setting and operating CNC turning machines to produce
high-precision aerospace components. You will ensure machining processes are optimised for
accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability. CNC Turner, Setter - Key Responsibilities
Set, operate, and manage CNC turning machines (Fanuc controls)
Prepare tooling, fixtures, and materials for production
Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as required
Perform in-process quality checks to tight aerospace tolerances
Interpret engineering drawings with precision
Maintain safe working practices and adhere to production standards
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality output
Support basic machine maintenance and care Desired Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on CNC turning experience, ideally in aerospace or other high-precision
sectors
Proficient in setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
Solid understanding of tooling, machining techniques, and best practices
Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working with premium materials such as Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel,
Aluminium, Nylon
Commitment to quality assurance and production accuracy
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Apprenticeship trained or qualified by experience
