CNC Turner Setter/Operator Salary: £15.66p/hr + 10% shift + OT Rotating day & late shift (details below) Coventry CV6 - Full Time Permanent We are looking for experienced CNC turners who want to progress. With this role once you prove yourself you will be trained how to set and operate a CNC sliding head along with a pay rise once trained. This is working on a weekly rotating day/late shift, in a busy specialised engineering company. Yes you have production targets & quality targets just like anywhere else, but the difference here is you don’t have someone breathing down your neck every 5 minutes, as long as the job is done you are left to it. Shift Day - Monday – Thursday 06:00 – 14:15 & Friday 06:00 – 12:00 Late – Monday – Thursday 14:45 – 23:00 & Friday 12:30 – 18:30 – 10% allowance To be considered You must be able to set and operating a CNC sliding head Experience working with metal components and first off inspections Able to commit to the weekly rotation What do you get out of this? £15.66p/hr + overtime + shift Once trained on sliding head over £17p/hr base + shift Enhanced rate for overtime 39hrs paid per week Excellent facilities Job security Progression opportunities Sound good to you?
