CNC Turner Setter Operator – Night Shift £20.00-£21.00 per hour (including shift allowance) + Profit Share + Pension + Private Healthcare + 4 Nights Monday- Thrusday An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator to join a well-established precision engineering company on a permanent night shift. Working within a modern machining environment, you’ll be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, producing high-quality precision components to tight tolerances. CNC Turner Setter Operator – Night Shift - The Role * Setting and operating CNC turning machinery. * Making minor programme edits where required. * Manufacturing precision components from engineering drawings. * Producing small batch and one-off work. * Carrying out in-process inspections using a range of measuring equipment. * Working closely with production and quality teams to maintain high standards. * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area. CNC Turner Setter Operator – Night Shift - About You * Previous experience as a CNC Turner Setter Operator. * CNC turning experience is essential. * CNC milling experience would be advantageous. * Able to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Experience machining to tight tolerances. * Comfortable working independently on a permanent night shift.
