Collections Executive Responsibilities: * Making outbound calls to customers and agreeing solutions for payments owed * Delivering excellent service while balancing customer needs with company goals * Handling inbound calls to resolve account queries with professionalism * Taking secure payments over the phone * Keeping customer accounts accurate and up to date Collections Executive Skills and Experience: * Experience in a customer service or credit control phone-based role * Has a track record of providing first-class service * Confident using Microsoft Office and updating systems * Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone in a clear, professional way * A strong communicator who builds rapport with ease
