Commercial Counsel – FinTech & Partnerships

Checkout.com, London HQ, is seeking a dynamic Commercial Counsel to own the commercial contracting pipeline. You will draft, review and negotiate customer contracts, strategic partnerships and supplier agreements, while advising on legal issues and risk during negotiations.

You’ll also help develop standard agreements and contribute to cross‑border, multi‑jurisdictional matters. Qualified solicitor with 3–7 PQE and experience in FinTech, payments, software, e‑commerce or banking is desirable.
