Commercial Counsel: Real Estate Contracts & Risk

Montagu Evans LLP, a UK property consultancy in London, seeks a pragmatic Commercial Counsel to join the Risk & Compliance team as the firm’s first internal legal role. You will provide practical legal and contractual support on client terms, bids and appointments, and help embed consistent contract risk controls across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Risk, you’ll establish legal triage, guardrails and standard positions, while coordinating with external counsel and the bid team.
