Commercial Counsel - Real Estate Contracts & Risk

Montagu Evans LLP, a UK property consultancy, seeks a pragmatic Commercial Counsel to join the Risk & Compliance team as the firm’s first internal legal role. You will provide practical legal and contractual support on client terms, bids and appointments, embedding consistent contract standards across the business.

You will lead a triage model for contracts, manage external counsel, shape data privacy and technology contracting, and translate legal risk into pragmatic commercial guidance for
