Commercial Counsel — SaaS, Data Privacy & Product

Major, Lindsey & Africa is supporting an award-winning wealth management platform with a growing in-house legal function in Greater London. They seek a junior–mid level commercial lawyer to handle a broad mix of commercial contracts, product development and data protection, with autonomy to shape processes and strategy.

The role offers exposure to SaaS, technology, banking and marketing agreements, plus training responsibilities and interaction with external counsel.
