You'll help deliver projects that improve the environment, support sustainable communities and ensure future generations have resilient water supplies, while leading an exceptional commercial function at the heart of a unique alliance model.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the Alliance's commercial strategy, ensuring commercial performance consistently exceeds expectations.
Lead the commercial, estimating and contract management functions, building a high performing, collaborative and values led team.
Provide strategic commercial advice to the Executive Leadership Team and Board, supporting key business decisions.
Establish robust commercial governance, assurance and reporting frameworks.
Lead contract management across complex NEC-based programmes, ensuring effective management of risk, change, claims and contractual obligations.
Drive commercial performance through effective cost management, forecasting, value engineering and financial controls.
Build exceptional relationships with Anglian Water, Alliance partners and the wider supply chain to deliver better outcomes together.
Champion innovation, digital commercial practices and continuous improvement across the commercial function.
About you Essential Significant senior commercial leadership experience delivering major infrastructure programmes valued at hundreds of millions of pounds or more.
A proven track record of leading commercial strategy within complex engineering, utilities, infrastructure or construction environments.
Extensive experience of NEC contracts and commercial management across large capital programmes.
Strong knowledge of procurement, contract administration, commercial governance and risk management.
Experience operating within regulated environments and delivering successful commercial outcomes through collaborative delivery models.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at Executive, Board and partner level.
A degree (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
