Commercial Energy Legal Counsel - Hybrid & Flexible Hours

LHH in Wirral is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join a growing energy and infrastructure business on a part-time basis. You will take ownership of commercial legal matters and work closely with senior leadership.

The role covers drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, governance, GDPR, IP, and HR policies; you will also support compliance and dispute resolution as needed.
