What You'll Do Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial, Sales and Operations Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning Deliver value-adding variance analysis and commercial insight Build and maintain financial models for investment decisions & scenario planning Monitor KPIs and commercial metrics to highlight risks & opportunities Drive margin improvement and cost optimisation initiatives What You'll Bring Strong commercial finance experience Ability to influence and challenge non-finance stakeholders A proactive, self-motivated approach with high standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel and financial systems capability ACA / ACCA / CIMA Why This Role?
