Commercial Gas Engineer 📍 Fife 💷 Up to £45,000 DOE ⏰ 37-Hour Working Week | 1pm Finish Every Friday 🚐 Mobile Role | Company Vehicle 📄 Full-Time | Permanent We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established and growing Building Services business. This is a mobile role covering Fife, carrying out planned and reactive gas and heating maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial properties. The Role 🔥 Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) 🔧 Reactive maintenance, breakdowns and repairs 🔥 Servicing and maintaining commercial boilers and heating plant 🔧 Fault finding and diagnostics 🛠️ Remedial works and minor installations 🏢 Working across a varied portfolio of commercial sites 🤝 Liaising directly with clients and site contacts 📝 Completing service reports and compliance documentation 🚐 Managing your own workload across a mobile portfolio What We’re Looking For ✅ Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer ✅ Strong commercial service and maintenance background ✅ FM / Building Services experience advantageous ✅ Current Commercial Gas qualifications ✅ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills ✅ Professional and customer-focused approach ✅ Full UK Driving Licence What’s on Offer? 💷 Up to £45,000 DOE ⏰ 37-hour working week 🙌 1pm finish every Friday 🚐 Company vehicle 📄 Full-time, permanent position 📍 Fife coverage 🏢 Varied commercial contracts 📈 Opportunity to join an established and growing Building Services business If you’re an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer based in Fife and looking for a new opportunity, I’d love to hear from you
