Commercial Gas Engineer

Job Title: Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Newcastle (and surrounding areas) Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 per annum Benefits: Company vehicle, travel pay, fuel card, uniform, tools, pension scheme. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join our growing team, working across a range of commercial properties in the North east area. This is a mobile role, so a full UK driving license is essential. You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of various commercial gas systems. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of commercial gas appliances and systems * Diagnose and repair faults in commercial gas systems * Complete all relevant paperwork and reports to a high standard * Ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation and industry standards * Maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues * Participate in an on-call rota Requirements: * Current and in-date Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, etc.) * Proven experience in a similar commercial gas engineering role * Full UK driving license * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: * Competitive salary * Company van and fuel card * Paid travel time * Opportunities for overtime and weekend work * Tools and uniform provided * Pension scheme * Ongoing training and development opportunities
