Commercial Growth Leader – Aerospace & Defence Manufacturing

1492 Ltd. in Birmingham, a West Midlands aerospace and defence manufacturer, is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead its commercial growth.

You will shape strategy, win new business and deepen key customer relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This front-facing role requires a track record of selling subcontract machining services into aerospace/defence, building a high-performing commercial team, and delivering sustainable profit.
