Commercial Lawyer
We are seeking experienced Commercial/Corporate Counsel to join a newly established interim legal team supporting the UK and EMEA business of a global, market-leading consumer brand for a 4-6 month contract role.

The role offers excellent exposure to senior business leaders and a broad variety of commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical, commercial legal advice to business stakeholders across the UK and EMEA.
- Advise on a broad range of commercial and operational matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
- Support licensing and franchise arrangements, including renewals and ongoing advisory work.
- Advise on supply chain, sourcing and procurement matters.
- Support strategic business initiatives and commercial transactions.
- Identify legal and commercial risks and provide pragmatic, business-focused solutions.
- Collaborate closely with senior legal colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver timely legal support.
About You
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent legal qualification.
- Strong in-house or private practice experience advising on commercial law matters.
- Experience supporting international businesses is advantageous.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating within a wider legal team.
- Available to start in September 2026.
