Commercial Legal Counsel - Flexible Hours & Contracts

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel within the Office of General Counsel to draft and negotiate commercial contracts with key clients and suppliers, including master services agreements and framework arrangements, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.

You will work cross-functionally with Quality and Risk teams, advise on international contracts and data-sharing, and support the firm’s growth while embracing flexible working and our values.
