- Experience as a Solicitor in the UK with 5 years + PQE
- Contractual disputes
- Company disputes
- Cross border disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Business Partnership disputes
- Corporate fraud
Qualifications for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor vacancy:
- Senior Solicitor - admitted in England & Wales 5 years + PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Strong advocacy experience
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business development experience
