Astute's Power team is partnering with leading Waste Management Company a to recruit a Commercial Manager on a Deposit Return Scheme across multiple projects in England.Location: Hybrid

- UK wideEmployment: Permanent or ContractSalary: £50,000-£60,000Contract Rate: Approximately £400-£500/day, Inside IR35Benefits: Private healthcare + car allowance/bonus package for permanent appointmentStart: ASAPProject Duration: 15 yearsKey skillsProvide commercial and quantity surveying support across the DRS programme.Manage commercial performance across multiple projects and work packages.Prepare, review and manage budgets, forecasts and cost reports.Manage contractor valuations, applications, variations and change control.Support procurement and contract management activities.Monitor project costs against agreed budgets and programmes.Manage commercial risks and identify opportunities for cost savings.Support the Project Managers with commercial advice and reporting.Review contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.Support the delivery of small works and larger infrastructure upgrade packages.Provide commercial input throughout project mobilisation, delivery and handover.Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Commercial Manager roleWFH with travel to sitesAstute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
