Commercial Manager

Conrad Consulting is recruiting experienced CVA Commercial Managers to support a major infrastructure programme in London. The successful candidates will join a specialist commercial assurance function responsible for auditing and reviewing costs across a major project supply chain. The Role You will provide commercial assurance through the review and verification of contractor and subcontractor costs. Responsibilities will include: Undertaking commercial cost verification and audit. Reviewing contractor and subcontractor submissions. Assessing cost information and identifying discrepancies. Providing robust commercial challenge. Supporting commercial governance and reporting. Working with project, commercial and supply chain stakeholders. Applying NEC contractual knowledge where appropriate. About You The ideal candidate will have: Strong commercial management experience. Experience within major infrastructure or construction projects. Previous cost verification, audit or commercial assurance experience. Strong NEC experience. Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work independently and provide constructive commercial challenge. Candidates will be required to undertake a client interview and approval process before appointment. Location: London Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + benefits This is an immediate requirement.
