Commercial Manager – Overhead Lines (Hybrid)

Carrington West is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial activities on major overhead lines projects within the SPEN Framework near Edinburgh. You will manage NEC contracts (Option C/E) and safeguard the commercial position, driving cost control and risk management across project packages.

The role offers hybrid working from an Edinburgh-area office with the opportunity to influence long-term framework delivery and develop the commercial team as the programme progresses.
