Commercial Manager – Retrofit & Decarbonisation Lead (Car Allowance)

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function of a Retrofit division across Wales and the West, with an annual turnover of about £30 million. The role reports to the Commercial Director and oversees budgeting, procurement, and contractual governance.

You will drive profitability, manage risk, and lead a team to deliver decarbonisation and retrofit programmes while maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.
