Damp & Mould Operative 34,000 - £38,000 per annum + Company Van + Excellent Benefits Full Time, Permanent Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, half hour lunch We are looking to recruit a Damp and Mould Operative to join our Westminster R&M team. Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carrying out responsive painting and decorating to occupied properties, to include glossing, emulsion, and papering in addition to undertaking mould wash and eradication treatments. You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience. Candidates should hold a relevant City & Guilds qualification or NVQ in their trade, along with a Skilled CSCS Card and strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations. Customer-focused and experienced in working within occupied properties, you will be committed to delivering high-quality repairs right the first time and within agreed timescales. Due to the provision of a company vehicle for work purposes, applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for a minimum of 12 months.
