Commercial Plumber

Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter Location: London & Home Counties Salary: £50,000 per annum + Overtime Job Type: Permanent We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter to join a growing M&E team covering London and the Home Counties. This is a hands-on role working across commercial properties, with a strong focus on plantrooms, plumbing systems and mechanical installations. The Role You will be responsible for: * Replacement of commercial boilers * Plantroom upgrades and modifications * Hot and cold water service upgrades * Replacing water heaters * Pipework installation and alterations * Diagnosing and fixing leaks * General commercial plumbing and pipefitting * Planned maintenance and project-based installations * Working safely and efficiently across commercial sites Requirements: * Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter * NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing * G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification – essential * Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing and pipework systems * Experience working within plantrooms * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Full UK driving licence * Relevant commercial plumbing experience Package: * £50,000 basic annual salary * Overtime opportunities * Company van and fuel card * Company phone * Specialised tools and equipment provided * 24 days annual leave * Permanent position * Work across London & Home Counties If you're an experienced Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter with your NVQ Level 2/3 and G3 Unvented qualification, looking for a permanent opportunity with a £50,000 salary, company vehicle and overtime available, apply today
