Commercial Plumber Commercial Plumber. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing building services company, working across a variety of commercial sites throughout London. This is a mobile, hands-on role covering the installation, maintenance, fault finding and repair of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems. The Role As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for: Carrying out commercial plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance Completing first and second fix plumbing works Fault finding and diagnosing plumbing and mechanical system issues Testing and commissioning systems Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations Completing job sheets, reports and relevant paperwork accurately Working independently across customer sites Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required Providing a professional service to customers at all times What We're Looking For You should have previous experience working as a Plumber within commercial environments and be confident carrying out both maintenance and installation work. You will ideally have: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating, or equivalent Previous commercial plumbing experience Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Experience with installation, maintenance and repairs Good knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements Ability to work independently as a mobile engineer Good communication and customer service skills Full UK Driving Licence Package £40,000 - £60,000 OTE 20 days holiday + bank holidays Career progression opportunities Ongoing professional development Supportive working environment If you're an experienced Commercial Plumber looking for a permanent mobile role covering London, please apply today
