Commercial Property Lawyer/Senior Lawyer

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer (2+ PQE) to join a busy property team. Reporting to the Property Team Lead, you will work autonomously on a day-to-day basis, liaising directly with clients and managing property transactions from start to finish. You will also work closely with a dedicated property assistant and have the opportunity to contribute to the firms marketing programme and client development initiatives. Manage commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. Handle lease matters, including negotiations, renewals and ongoing management. Support and train junior staff, working closely with the property assistant. Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented lawyer who is confident working independently and delivering excellent client service. 2+ years PQE in commercial property work, as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. Proven experience in sales and purchases, leases, searches, reports and exchange/completion.
