You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload, work closely with clients and colleagues, and play an important role in the continued growth of the Commercial Property team. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you'll advise clients across a varied caseload of commercial property matters, managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals and development work. Advising commercial clients on property-related matters and providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice. Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, agreements and other property documentation. Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. We're looking for a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with solid experience handling a varied commercial property caseload. Experience in commercial property law, gained within a reputable private practice or similar environment. Strong technical knowledge across areas such as acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work and commercial leases. The ability to manage your own matters with minimal supervision. A varied caseload with exposure to interesting and commercially significant property matters. Career progression within an established and growing Commercial Property team.
